Try some of these…

Sit quietly in a relaxed position, focus on your breathing, breathe deeply and slowly… in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Practise doing things slowly and carefully, focus on the small details of each task.

Make sure you have fun and treat yourself every day.

Do relaxing things each day like sport, exercise, listen to music or whatever you enjoy.

Take lots of short breaks when studying.

Spread your interests and time into a range of different activities.

Make time for your friends… talk to them on the phone or go out.

Watch T.V programmes and films that make you laugh.

Have a warm bubbly bath.

Take a walk on a regular basis.

Drink lots of water.
